3. Results-Backed Guarantee

Our "Results-Backed Guarantee" means that if you don't see a measurable ROI within 90 days of implementing our services, we will continue to work for you at no additional cost until results are achieved, subject to the following conditions:

• You must implement our recommended strategies as outlined in your custom marketing plan
• You must provide necessary access to marketing platforms and data for performance tracking
• You must respond to communications and requests for information in a timely manner
• The guarantee applies only to the initial 90-day period of service

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your franchise business
• Granting necessary access to marketing platforms and accounts
• Reviewing and approving marketing materials in a timely manner
• Implementing recommended changes to your marketing strategy
• Paying for services according to the agreed-upon schedule

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of FranchiseBloom or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FranchiseBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FranchiseBloom is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
